Moises was very helpful and easy to work with. He was able to explain things to me about the process in terms that I understood. Moises knows the area in Burley and Twin Falls and was very helpful in finding a home based on what I explained I wanted. Before and after the sale he was constantly keeping me informed and explaining what steps needed to be taken. He is a great realtor and cares for his clients happiness!

Moises is a great relator. He is very experienced when it comes to selling homes. He knows about the paperwork and walks you along the way in the process. And if you are a new homeowner, Moises is the person to trust 100%. He helped us purchase our very first home and we couldn’t be more happy with our experience. Moises always made sure we understood and was always patient when it came to picking houses to see. Overall a great experience! Totally recommend Moises to everyone!!!

We were buying from out of state and Moises was amazing! He took videos, went over the inspections, walked us through everything as first time buyers. Answered my questions over again with patience and helped find solutions to any issue that came up. Moises knew so about neighborhoods and people and shopping and all the facts that help find your forever home. Moises felt like a friend from the beginning and cares about your final outcome first. I would recommend him over and over again

Our main residences is in WA, but were on the search for a piece of property & a home in Idaho. We were doing a search on line & Moises responded to some questions we had asked. He met up with us while we were in town for the weekend, spent the day with us looking at properties & helping us fine tune our search. Within a few hours he'd found a piece of property for us that fit exactly what we needed! He walked us through the process & locked it all in for us & was with us till the end making sure we knew exactly where we sat & what we needed to do next as the process continued on through closing.

Moe was great! Very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful! We were new to the home buying scene and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. From beginning to end he was amazing. We closed in April 2016 and still to this day he is helpful with our random questions! It's great! Thanks Moe for all your help! Your wonderful!

Moises Garcia is an amazing realtor. He went out of his way to help us get everything we needed for our paperwork to close on our house. We had a few hardships because of personal circumstances and every time Moises was very patient and helped explain options for our contracts. I would highly recommend him

We could not ask for a better Realtor. He found us our perfect house. Very professional and very easy to work with. We are so grateful for his help and experience! He communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we knew what was happening from our inspection to our funding. He even helped us find a better loan company who was able to get us a Conventional loan instead of FHA. A truly positive experience all around.

Moises assisted our company in acquiring warehouse space for our and location in Idaho. We are based out of Boise Idaho and we now have a location in Eastern Idaho.
